Registration Fee

Registration 2024:

Registration is completed by sending the registration form to the agency (via online form – see the link at the bottom of this page) and making the payment. Registration fee is to be paid no later than 2 weeks after sending the registration form; otherwise, the registration is not valid.

The registration fee includes attendance at the conference, and attendance at the opening ceremony on April 25, 2024.

The registration fee does not cover accommodation costs. Accommodation in the conference hotel may be ordered with the registration.

Registration deadline is April 19, 2024. Registration after this date is possible only upon individual agreement with the organizer.

After sending off the registration form, an automated confirmation will be sent to your mailbox. Confirmation from the agency together with your registration number (to be used as specific symbol with bank transfer) will be sent to you after acceptance of the registration by the agency.

Cancellation policy:
Registration fee is refundable under following cancellation policy:
– Cancellation until March 31, 2024: 50 % refund.
– Cancellation after March 31, 2024: no refund.
Cancellation is to be done in written form.

Accommodation

Accommodation in the conference hotel – Hotel Pyramida – is provided with conference discount:

The full price for accommodation needs to be paid in advance.

Cancellation policy for accommodation costs:

Cancellation until February 20, 2024	50 % refund
Cancellation until March 20, 2024	20 % refund
Cancellation after March 20, 2024	no refund

(*) We treat as not-for-profit all institutions which legally or de facto function in a not-for-profit regime. Such institutions may include, for example, patient organizations, research, scientific and educational institutions, health care providers and statutory health insurers.
