Magor Papp is a practising general practitioner and a professional leader of the Public Health Focused Model Programme for Organising Primary Care Services. After graduation from Semmelweis University (Budapest), he was elected as a President of the Hungarian Residents‘ Association and was in charge for 4 years. Since 2012, Magor is engaged to the Model Programme, a Swiss Contribution with the objective to expand the preventive services of primary care to minimize the inequalities in access to care and the improvement of the health status of the population (mostly in the disadvantaged regions of the country) in the long term. At Prague International Health Summit 2016, Magor presented this project in detail and talked about its results and his experience with it.
