Simon Carter is Medical Director at The London Clinic and President of the urological section of the Royal Society of Medicine. He was a Consultant Urologist in the NHS for more than 20 years; throughout his career, Simon developed a number of clinical innovations with the West London Cancer Network. Today, Simon concentrates on working at The London Clinic developing excellent clinical services and still practicing half the week. At Prague International Health Summit 2016, Simon talked about his experience with clinical governance and physician leadership.
