Harald Maikisch is Chief Executive Director of the Academic teaching hospital Landeskrankenhaus Feldkirch in Austria. He has rich experience with management positions in hospitals – for instance, he was Deputy of the Chief Executive Director of Vorarlberger Krankenhaus-Betriebsgesellschaft m.b.H. Harald helped with reorganization of Luxemburg hospitals when he worked as consultant for local government and spent three years also as a consultant for the World Bank. He lectures at the Danube University of Krems and at the Management Center Innsbruck. His lecture at Prague International Health Summit 2018 will focus on turning independent hospitals into a functional network.
