Since 2004, Zdeněk Křivánek has been working at the Medical Rescue Service of the Capital City of Prague. He has been a member of the Prague City Council since 2004. In the past, he worked as a paramedic in the ambulance dispatch groups, in the air dispatch group and as an operator of the medical operations centre. Since 2017, he has held the position of Deputy Director of the Non-Medical Health Workers Section at this organisation. He graduated as a graduate general nurse with a specialization in Anesthesiology, Resuscitation and Intensive Care, as well as Safety Management in Public Administration. He has completed certified courses in Operational Management of Pre-hospital Care, Treatment of the Polytraumatized Patient, Advance Life Support Provider and Mountain Medicine Course, among others. He also successfully completed the Master of Healthcare Administration programme in 2023.
