Martin Kultan is Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors in Dôvera, the largest private health insurance company in Slovakia. Throughout his career, he focused on healthcare – apart from several posts in Dôvera, he worked at Slovak Health Care Surveillance Authority at department for international relations and at state-owned General Health Insurance Company (VšZP) as a director for purchase of health care. At Dôvera, Martin has been working with some breaks since 2003 – six years ago, he has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, he initiates and manages key innovations of electronic healthcare, such as electronic branch office, “Safe drugs online” service or mobile apps. Dôvera was the very first health insurance company in Slovakia to introduce integrated care program called Plan Medipartner and disease management program for diabetes “Better life with diabetes”.
